Any gear inadequacy, malfunction, damage, or loss must be communicated to and coordinated with the Equipment Director as soon as possible for replacement.

Coaches will be held accountable for missing equipment. A $200 check will be collected from each coach prior to issuance of any gear. The check will be held and returned upon confirmation of equipment return at the conclusion of the season.
