AAI is operated and maintained by volunteers and responsibilities are spread out among our Board of Directors. Directors serve three year terms and are eligible to re-elect for multiple consecutive (or non-consecutive) terms. Each year, 1/3 of the Board positions are up for election. Terms expire after the spring season in the given year. Though there are specific assignments, all Directors are also responsible for general field and facility maintenance throughout the year, and many of them crossover into other assignments and special projects, as needed.
