Division Details:

A coach pitcher (not machine) pitches to his team while a defensive pitcher-player is on the field. The coach pitcher is instructed to stay clear of any batted balls to not cause any interference with the fielder's attempt to make a play. Batters are given six (6) pitches per at bat and a batter is declared out if he or she fails to hit a fair ball after six (6) pitches are delivered. The batter is out if there are three (3) strikes before pitch number six (6): swings and misses, foul balls and foul tips are counted as strikes. A batter is not out on a foul ball or foul tip. Bunts, lead-offs or steals are NOT permitted. 

Field dimensions:

• 60' base paths.
• 40' pitching mound distance (Coach Pitcher).

Equipment: 

• Metal cleats are NOT allowed.
• 2 1/4", 2 5/8" and 2 3/4" barreled bats are allowed as long as they have the official USSSA 1.15 BPF Mark permanently stamped.
• Any bat permanently stamped with the official USA Baseball logo is legal to use.
